Educational Events in Finland

Join special educational events in Finland that combine expert-led sessions, authentic school visits, and international exchange with education professionals from around the world.

Our events are designed for school leaders, education decision-makers, university professionals, teachers, and other education specialists who want to experience Finnish education in practice — without needing Erasmus+ funding.

Please note: Our educational events are developed from selected, highly rated teacher training courses and expanded into broader international programmes with several school visits, organised transportation, and more opportunities for professional exchange and networking. Registration is completed through our sister company Euneos. Erasmus+ participants may join these programmes as teacher training courses, but Erasmus+ funding is not required.

Why join an educational event in Finland?

Finland is widely known for its high-quality education, strong teacher professionalism, and trust-based school culture. But the best way to understand Finnish education is not only to read about it — it is to see it in real schools, meet local educators, and reflect on what can be applied in your own context.

VisitEDUfinn’s educational events offer a structured and inspiring way to explore Finnish education. You will take part in a programme that may include school visits, expert-led sessions, workshops, discussions, and cultural experiences.

The focus is on practical insight, professional exchange, and authentic learning instead of formal presentations.

What you’ll experience

During our educational events, you will explore Finnish education through a combination of expert input, school visits, and professional dialogue. You can:

  • visit Finnish schools and observe everyday learning environments
  • meet teachers, principals, and other education professionals
  • discuss teaching methods, school leadership, student wellbeing, curriculum, inclusion, or innovation
  • take part in workshops or expert sessions
  • exchange ideas with international colleagues
  • reflect on how Finnish practices could inspire development in your own school, university, organisation, or region

Every event is designed to give you a concrete and realistic understanding of how education works in Finland.

From popular courses to international education events

Our educational events are based on some of our most popular teacher training courses in Finland. We have developed these programmes into broader international events by adding a transportation package, facilitating several school visits, and creating more opportunities for professional exchange between participants from different countries.

The events are technically administered through our sister company Euneos, where the registration also takes place. They also meet the criteria of an Erasmus+ teacher training course, so participants using Erasmus+ funding can join them as courses. However, these events are designed for a wider international audience, including school owners, directors, principals, superintendents, university professionals, local authorities, and education specialists joining with institutional, national, private, or other non-Erasmus funding.
